Once your return is safely received and rigorously inspected by our quality assurance team, this Refund Policy dictates how your monetary reimbursement will be processed and disbursed.

Upon receipt of the returned product at our fulfillment center, the inspection process typically spans 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an automated email notification confirming that your package has arrived and outlining whether the return status has been approved or rejected based on the product condition.

2.2 Approved Refunds

If your return complies with all criteria and is formally approved:

  • The refund will immediately be processed to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or verified Digital Wallets).

  • The transaction will credit your account within 7 to 10 business days, strictly subject to your banking institution’s operating and clearing cycles.

2.3 Deductions and Exclusions

Please be aware of the following monetary structural adjustments regarding your refund:

  • Shipping Fee Policy: Original shipping, handling, and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) convenience charges applied at the time of purchase are completely non-refundable.

  • Reverse Shipping Cost: Unless the return is an explicit consequence of our internal error (such as a wrong item dispatched or a structural manufacturing defect), the logistical cost of reverse pickup will be subtracted from your final refund balance.

2.4 Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not visibly received your financial credit within the designated timeframe, please execute the following steps:
