Thank you for shopping with us. We take immense pride in the quality, authenticity, and craftsmanship of our textile collections and premium unstitched suit sets. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a structured return process.
1.1 Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a successful return, your item must meet the following strict parameters:
The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the exact date of delivery.
The item must be completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
The fabric must retain its original folds, crisp texture, and must not show signs of being draped, pinned, or processed.
All original packaging material, price tags, brand labels, fabric care tags, and complimentary accessories must be intact and returned inside the original package.
1.2 Non-Returnable and Exempt Items
Please note that the following categories cannot be accepted for returns:
Altered or Semi-Stitched Fabric: Any unstitched material that has been cut, customized, stitched, or tailored by the customer cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Clearance & Sale Items: Products purchased under promotional end-of-season sales, clearance events, or using flash-sale discounts are considered final sale.
Custom Orders: Items procured via specialized bulk sourcing or personalized customization requests.
1.3 Return Initiation Process
To start a return, you must follow our verified process:
Contact our Customer Support Desk via email or through your website account dashboard.
Provide your unique Order ID, details of the item you wish to return, and upload clear, high-resolution photographs illustrating the condition of the fabric and tags.
Once approved by our verification team, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with reverse pickup details will be generated.
Crucial Inspection Clause: All returned materials undergo a meticulous manual inspection by our quality control unit upon arrival at our warehouse. We reserve the absolute right to refuse a return if the fabric shows evidence of wear, damage, dry cleaning, or missing threads.
