3.1 Order Processing and Dispatch Timelines

All standard orders are processed, packed, and ready for courier dispatch within 0-4 days on standard working days (excluding Sundays and gazetted national holidays).

During peak seasons, festive sales, product launches, or high order volumes, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.

Once handed over to our logistical courier partner, an automated shipment tracking number and real-time tracking link will be transmitted to your registered email address and mobile number.
3.2 Delivery Destinations and Transit Expectations
Our operational timeline models follow these geographic estimations:

Domestic/Regional Deliveries: Metro cities and primary urban hubs generally see safe delivery within 3 to 5 business days from the exact date of dispatch. Remote locations or tier-3 regions may require 7-11business days.

Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance and destination country regulations.

3.3 Shipping Charges and Tier Metrics
Shipping matrices are computed dynamically at checkouts based on location weight and dimensions:

Standard delivery may be offered complimentary for orders exceeding a specified minimum threshold value within designated regional zones.

For purchases below the specified threshold, a nominal, weight-calculated flat fee is appended to the order summary sheet prior to transaction processing.
Customs, Import Duties, and Tariffs: For all international shipments, any inbound customs clearances, import tariffs, regional taxes, or local administrative handling fees are the sole financial responsibility of the receiving customer. These charges are independent of our shipping fees and are levied directly by your local government.
3.4 Non-Delivery and Failed Transit Attempts
Our logistical network ensures up to three consecutive delivery attempts. If a package remains un-delivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect delivery address coordination, or structural refusal to accept the package, it will be automatically routed back to our hub. The customer will be held financially liable for both initial and return transit penalties incurred.In such cases, customers may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch of the order.
